      Nice and friendly colleagues. Easy to talk to

      Inconvénients

      You are way too under compensated for the work that you do. So much work to be done. They keep adding to your job description but they don’t increase your salary. Deadlines are very pressuring. You use personal funds so much just to make a campaign happen on the deadline. You also do a lot of manual labor packing and delivering. You are always bothered during leaves. Working hours are too much, you work more than 8 hrs a day and during the weekends with no overtime pay

      - great team spirit - part of a greater group - small size makes you polyvalent: you'll be spreading your knowledge to fields you are not necessarily used to

      Inconvénients

      - honestly the only con I see is that the office is a bit small, other than that everything is great. - well there is also the limits of working for a big group which reduce your liberty of doing what you want in your job but that's everywhere the same

      I worked for Susan, one of the most well respected women in the industry. Ive learned so much about the industry working under her leadership. This is one of the best jobs i've ever had and Guerlains products are absolutely beautiful. The luxury price point was intimidating at 1st but once you learn the magic behind it... you will fall absolutely in love with the history and the innovative culture. They are secretly a step ahead of the world in product development!! Everything they make gets stolen by other companies. You'll be lucky to get trained by Becky!
