Decisions are made by a bloated executive team that is focused solely on making quarterly sales targets. All decisions are top-down and are made 2 to 3 quarters in advance (despite the attempt at agile development) which leaves no room for iteration.
The CEO seems genuinely angry around the office and barely talks to most employees. Often not answering when greeted with a simple 'hello'.
There is a huge divide between the product/dev team and the sales/marketing team. There seems to be almost no communication between the two. Neither team knows what the other is working on. Product and development are often blindsided and forced to build features that don't exist because they have already been sold to customers.
Influitive was once a really fun place to work, where creativity and innovation was valued. Unfortunately, the top-down approach and communication breakdown is ruining the culture.
