7yThank you for taking the time to share your opinions, as we value input from both current and former team members. Our Professional Services team is a big part of customer success, our company’s success, and our continued growth.
While you may have left the organization already, we encourage any employee to provide direct feedback to their leadership, or our HR team, as applicable, while still onboard. This can come as ideas, suggestions, constructive solutions, or general feedback...we value it all.
In the last month alone, we saw over 20% of the Professional Services organization receive promotions in the annual merit/promo cycle, both to higher level individual contributor roles and into management roles. Further, over 85% of Professional Services staff received annual merit increases. With any growing company, especially one in the dynamic, ever-changing software industry which we belong, changes in management structure and business unit re-organization are a constant reality to meet the strategic needs of the business. Change management is always tough, especially for a tenured team like Professional Services. Changes in reporting relationships were made to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and consistent within the organization. They are intended to continue our market space success and better align our structure to deliver to the customers and also support internal employee development. We’ll take your feedback into consideration and we thank you for your input.
