Avantages
Fast hiring process, I applied in November and had a contract by January. I learned a lot being in this company, not only business related stuff, but culture differences and a different way of looking at things.
Inconvénients
They overcomplicate things, they set strong complex procedures to avoid discrimination and advocate fairness, but the senior management does not follow suit and employees end up almost always frustrated. Turnover in Germany is higher than expected. No appreciation for hard work, lack of common sense when evaluating specific situations. Asking a German employee to move to the UAE for less money rather than giving an incentive, as an example. Evaluations and promotions are not honest, mostly based on who knows whom from before working at Infosys, which is quite a disgusting environment.
