      Avantages

      -Excellent work experience -Ability to move up the ladder -Varying work and projects -Ability to take responsibility of projects and follow them through -9/80 schedule -Great benefits -Good vacation allowance -Flexible schedule if requested

      Inconvénients

      -IES is still growing and therefore figuring out there management structure, which can be stressful at times. However, that also makes it a great time to get your foot in the door. -Lack of inter-department communication -Lacking a transparent pay-grade scale and promotion structure, which is typical at other firms

      Avantages

      Great pay, Company cares about workers and provides them with the right equipment and training to get the job done. Good work polices.

      Inconvénients

      Foreman's don't seem to recognize the importance of the journeyman. They do much too much micromanagement often leaving the apprentice incharge, but then has the ardacity to come back see the job is not done correctly and say; well you are the Journeyman, you are supposed to make sure it was right.
