Employees are at the center of corporate decisions. Policies make sense. Employees have unlimited sick days. Friendly sales, operations, and HR teams. Very nice and clean facility with gym and onsite lunch vendors daily at Conway, AR facility. Upper management is very friendly and engaged.
Inconvénients
Health benefits could be better. HSA card is provided to each employee with $500 loaded so this does help to offset some of the high health care costs.

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Inconvénients
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
