As it relates to health care, over the past few years we have invested in wellness solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. In addition, in 2016, we drastically changed our prescription drug coverage to ensure our teammates aren’t required to hit a deductible for certain maintenance medications. Our current deductible is $1,500 for teammates, and $3,000 for families which we found to be competitive in the marketplace. In order to assist our teammates with that expense, we provide $500 (for teammates) and $1,000 (for families) in a health savings account. One of our focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy.
