      Avantages

      The hourly rate in the tech space was higher than some of the other staffing agencies in this space. Very proactive with the interview process and getting the employment contract executed. Good communication with the agency team

      No referral bonus, like other staffing agencies have

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
