      Friendly, and brought donuts to job.

      Inconvénients

      Lied about the position becoming permanent to get a contract signed. The company never had a full time position even though Insight provided salary and other information about being permanent in the contract. The company wanted me to remain on as a contractor with a small raise.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
