      Good company parties & you might meet good friends through trauma bonding

      Inconvénients

      Extremely toxic environment. They way overwork and underpay people but mask it as having to prove your “grit”. Only hire sorority/fraternity members which is fine if that’s you, until you realize that you’re being managed as though it’s the president of your sorority and you’re a pledge trying to prove yourself and getting hazed all the time.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
