Avantages
You will work with some very talented people. The company has an annual seminar where you get to travel and meet your colleagues from other cities.
Inconvénients
Senior management keeps salaries low. Even if you work really hard and they give you a stellar performance review, they will give you a raise so small it's almost offensive. Getting a promotion ends up hurting you because it's not worth what they're paying while they make it way harder for you to reach your KPIs. Senior management contributes to a lot of drama, particularly in the way they constantly nag you about how the company isn't making enough money each month. On top of that, they add to the friction between the sales and consulting teams, trying to turn us against each other to distract us from seeing the real problem (which is management, in case that wasn't clear).
