The benefits are amazing, with a great selection of coverage at amazing costs.
Inconvénients
They restructure and outsource to companies overseas regularly. I've had it happen to 2 of my positions within 2 years, so no matter where I've taken my career with the company, I can't even get fully comfortable in the position before they sell our jobs to cheaper labor. This job is not worth how much I make between the work and the instability.
