      Good work life balance with hybrid

      Inconvénients

      Work culture is way too seniority oriented. Too much work drama and not enough mentoring to support lower level engineers. Self learned everything and became better than 99% of employees only to never be recognized because "I am a new employee"

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
