      Flexible and consistently level number of work hours per week. Best reputation and sales leader amongst the A&D firms.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not competitive with other firms. Culture tends to lean toward seniority versus a meritocracy; promotions can be political. Lethargic culture within some departments and lacks enthusiasm or innovation of other hi-tech companies.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
