Avantages
Good benefits, good pay, Corp. Vision decent. Appear to want to do thing but the senior managment needs to figure out what is the priority in a slow defense business. Seems like short term knee jerk reaction over what needs to happen over the long haul.
Inconvénients
Local Syracuse management losses the message. Insider old boys club well in force. Good people laid off in favor of legacy old guard. Core funding needs to cut from obsolete technologies in favor of maintaining leadership in future developement.
