      Avantages

      Flexibility is great in the company. Offer 9X80 or 10X80 schedules (every other Friday or Every Friday off). Good benefits (401k, medical, dental, vision) and other perks.

      Inconvénients

      Growth opportunities may be slower than other commercial companies. Have a very militarized structure (years in compared to ability). Very large company so you may feel like another number, unless you are able to work for one of the smaller branches.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
