Avantages
Great Salary, Great Training Opportunities, Good Benefits and a Good Work Culture. Focus on you and progressing. I work at a customer site, so I am not exposed to the inhouse stuff that most area working at a Lockheed site.
Inconvénients
PTO could be better, 401k match could be better, but its not bad. Better than most. My previous supervisor was excellent in communication....he was promoted and the current supervisor, is NOT. I have to look up his name because I dont recall who it is.
