      Avantages

      1. It is almost impossible to get fired here AKA job stability 2. Raises and bonuses every year 3. Get to work on government contracts

      Inconvénients

      1. Outdated Technology.. like REALLY outdated 2. Hard to ask for a raise without a competing offer 3. Lots of people just "coasting"

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
