      Avantages

      Good Pay, Frequent Raises, Good Benefits, Easy Work, No Pressure, Union, Upper Management.

      Inconvénients

      Being forced to stay over based on seniority with the union, agonizingly slow and inefficient process, no one wants to improve the process because "It's always been that way", Lower management only cares about appeasing their superiors and not taking care of their employees.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
