Great products from a decent company with odd business practices - Avis employé Systems Engineer Associate Lockheed Martin

The company is oversized, bloated, and bureaucratic do to the nature of business conducted with the Department of Defense. It takes forever and costs gazillions to make anything happen. Facilities are outdated (desks, cubicles, etc) and cubicle life is not fun. No natural light in the buildings. Sometimes you feel like a tiny cog in a huge complex machine wondering if you actually make a difference.
