Avantages
Best global security and defense company on the planet, they take pride of workmanship, develop the best and most complex technologies, and they are straightforward with Customers when there are problems without sugarcoating or waiting to hide the problem.
Inconvénients
The IS&GS division acts more like a blue collar IT and software house where people are treated as expendable, replaceable, and the technology is really not so amazing that the next IT company couldn't come along and take that business away easily, so costs have to be rock bottom, not the most motivating environment.
