      Great 401k match Some organizations are empowered to take care of employees, and those are fantastic! 4x10 flex schedule is great!

      Inconvénients

      Lower Salaries for Technical Skills than Competitors No bonuses for clearance High deductible healthcare is costly for not much coverage Management that have spent a career in the same organization tend to preach “change” with no desire or execution of change. Or they’re toxic.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
