      Hybrid remote and office work, work life balance and flexibility for appointments. Managers are kind and respectful.

      Inconvénients

      Career development and advancement is more on hold since the pandemic. Less in person care meetings/team work since the pandemic.

      The 4x10 schedule is amazing and opportunity to work remote for positions are great

      Internal movements can be hard with HR not always being able to help

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
