      Avantages

      Great work life balance. Pro of the company would be 4x 10 work week. Getting every Friday off is the best.

      Inconvénients

      Growth, takes longer than other companies to grow in position. Salaries are also not competitive but the benefits are good. The food served in office is poor-average so best bet is to pack lunch.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
