      Avantages

      The pay was relatively good. The schedule was flexible. The people were great.Learned a lot. Good as a starter job.

      Inconvénients

      No room for advancement on my contract. Not open to innovative ideas. Difficult to increase your salary based on new learned skills and responsibilities.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
