I was from a different domain and i did not get enough time to understand the product . I had been asked to fix production bugs soon after completing 3-4 months in company and in 5.5 th month they asked me to resign stating i did not resolve production bugs within deadline. I remember india head of LM saying it takes atleast 6 months to start understanding product in my final interview and start being productive, but asking to resign before competing 6 months was ridiculous.
