      Salary is above average of the market

      Inconvénients

      Company is not doing well, management (IT) becomes a mess after the reorganisation, hired a lot people who talk and fire people who do the work. Department become very political. They are also moving work forces to India. Also it will be at least three days in the office, a way forcing people to leave.
