Avantages
Snacks, downtime to do your own thing, some cool people. People coming in from other vendors to teach their software and answer questions was cool. Dave W and Ryan M are the only people saving the CG department.
Inconvénients
Management is permanently deaf - don't bother. They will all constantly "listen" to you and then do their own thing behind your back. Promises like salary increases never lived up to. Was brought on under the promise of a raise after 7 months and after being patient at the year mark they informed me I would have to wait another 6 months to possibly see if they could do anything. No asset library, no texture library, no shader library, no TD, no tools. Was very optimistic starting this job; Sad to be let down like this.
