      Inconvénients

      Low pay, VM is expected to do everything. Disrespectful behaviour from operations and politics. Overtime is regular.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
