      Avantages

      Good environment; the managers at that time were really nice and helpful, especially when I'm the kind of person who asks a lot, and even till now, I'm still once in a while getting in touch with them, and I would say the best time when working here was because of the managers themselves; very sporting indeed.

      Inconvénients

      Well, for part-time, i cant complaint much, but I wish the rate would be higher

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Inconvénients

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
