      Working on leading edge medical technology, helping researchers and patients. Very respectful culture. Company is working hard to promote women into higher positions, and makes women feel welcome and valued.

      Inconvénients

      Too much process and paperwork to appease the FDA makes the whole engineering cycle sclerotic. Open office layout can be very distracting and noisy.

      People are expected to deliver above-average results with below-average processes. The stock’s performance has earned this pressure, but there is no obvious, quick path to improvement. Your experience in that corporate environment will depend on your supervisor either being a leader or a manager.
