      If you have any other options, then run far away from this place. In just the last few months, I have witnessed all the top managers leave. The CFO, General Counsel, Controller (practically the whole finance and accounting team), several key sales managers and a hand full of senior account executives. It has become a very hard place to come to work. It is very quiet in the office. The phone hardly ever rings, unless it's an upset customer. I decided to leave recently because I couldn't deal with it anymore. Plus there are many great companies in the Boston area that don't have to fake their positive reviews like NetBrain does. My manager at the time asked me specifically to draft a "positive review". Every couple of months they do the rounds and try to fabricate a positive environment to the outside world. The truth is this company is struggling and they can't keep up with the support tickets that come in every day. The poor senior leadership is the driving force behind this company and its inevitable fall. I could continue on, but I don't want to waste any more time with this place. I just hope to help the next person so they don't get fooled.

One thing to note, every single review on our profile is a genuine review and no review is considered fake both positive and negative. You noted we are struggling which on the contrary we are growing considerably and having one of our most successful years ever. With every company with as much growth as we are experiencing, there are bumps in the road and we feel this is healthy and we are surpassing our goals and targets. As a company, we're definitely united in our mission to grow NetBrain and serve our customers in solving problems they struggled to solve previously in their networks. It's a mission that we're passionate about, but we recognize how important time outside of your job is with family, hobbies and other loved one. Work-life balance is extremely important. Yes, many jobs have peaks and valleys and times that get busier than others, but we truly do focus on total wellness, It's great to see that you and others who have reviewed us are able to recognize that. I'd love to offer some insight on your feedback about coding, but I'm sorry to say that I don't have quite enough information to do that. I can tell you that we have a robust Research & Development team that makes up just a shade under 30% of the company and we are always focused on innovating and keeping the product well ahead of any competitors in the market.       Avantages

      Leadership sets consistently ambitious goals that keep everyone motivated and focused. ;)

      Inconvénients

      NetBrain talks a big game about innovation and leadership, but my experience was the opposite: bloated management, poor communication, and a culture that felt more focused on appearances than execution. The leadership under the CEO came across as disconnected from employees and customers alike, with constant churn, unrealistic expectations, and little accountability when things went wrong. What’s most disappointing is seeing major firms like Blackstone associated with a company that, from the outside, looks far more polished than it actually operates internally. The product promises efficiency, but the organization itself often felt inefficient, reactive, and overly political. Overall, I would not recommend working with or for this company unless major leadership and cultural changes happen first.
