There are great people across all of the business lines and we are still in a growth phase that is allowing for all employees to truly be a part of what is being shaped here. It is empowering to know that my work is valued and that my opinion and ideas matter. I am excited about the future of this company as we continue to get our processes and procedures dialed in. The company provides flexible work schedules and a great work/life balance. The corporate office in the Bellevue area offers alot of great perks as well.
Inconvénients
If you struggle with change - this may not be the best place for you. Things are constantly evolving and people open to those changes find great success. Change is a constant and I would hope that most people coming into a growing start up environment would understand change will come daily.
