      Avantages

      People here are of good quality mostly; smart and very productive. The work you do also feels like you're making value impact or clients

      Inconvénients

      They do not manage travel, planning and staffing well at all. Nearly impossible to make personal plans for yourself, no breathing room and some tasks / requirements are tedious and not always value-adding

      1. Very good management at every level 2. Tangible work which focuses on performance improvement 3. Interesting industry focus (primarily mining industry) 4. Excellent intellectual capital

      Inconvénients

      Travel can be tough - as mines are not located in easy to get to locations.
