Avantages
Only good thing is the free meals during night shift.
Inconvénients
1) No proper training, Do once then sign off SOJT and you are expected to know what to do. 2) Panelman aren’t given proper training. You are just thrown the OI and expected to be able to run the process with no issues. No guidance or training at all. When issues arise, the boss expects you to know how to solve the problem even though you don’t know the process well. 3) Too many politics within the 4 groups. Other groups full of complains yet they have the highest number of deviation reports to write. 4) Boss loves to micromanage every single thing. The phone and walkie rings non-stop. 5) Boss talks big as if he knows the process very well. Boss has very poor listening skills. Only thinks he is right. Everything is panelman’s fault. Beware. 6) Very few bus pickup points and the timing is too early. A lot of office people take the shift bus. 7) Always trying to cut OT then expect teams to complete all the tasks with insufficient manpower. Squeezed like mad by some bosses. 8) Safety is an issue here. Can get injured very easily.
