Avantages

- a lot of free time (maybe too much) - good benefits & perks - good place for retirement - cantina (bad food but cheap) -

Inconvénients

- absolutely wrong place to start a prosperous career in - internal mobility after 3 years - bloated structures - slow and inefficient processes & procedures - very little trainings - majority of management and workers consists of lazy government employees

Avantages

- Opportunity for wage discussion - Tax-free meal costs - Friendly work environment - Supportive atmosphere, with proactive assistance even for incidents occurring beyond work hours. - Opportunities for personal growth through training sessions. - Exclusive deal on specific telecommunication services - Right to disconnect. - Acknowledgement at a specific tier. - Drinking water dispenser

Inconvénients

- Disorganized leadership at times. Product ideas aren’t seen as potential tailored offerings but given for free. Yet, obvious freebies are classified as products. - No clear understanding of backlog operations. Overpromising without recognizing the effort in backlog work and maintenance. It’s not the teams’ fault, but work is pushed to them without much prior thought. There’s a knowledge gap about team responsibilities. - The mindset of “If it’s working, why modify?” - The above mindset also applies on salary growth and attractiveness of the company. - Restricted deal on a specific telecom service. Actually they've reduced advantages for new employees* since 2022 - Skilled employees are leaving. Newcomers lack experience or proper training, leading to poor early-career decisions. This is a workplace issue. - Sometimes lack of overall communication on a Telecommunication company. - You do need patience at sometimes
