Avantages

Entreprise internationale, grande entreprise beaucoup de possibilités de progresser

Inconvénients

J'ai eu une terrible expérience malheureusement avec les RH et ma direction. J'ai d'abord été embauché en tant qu'intérimaire à permanente. Je travaillais à temps plein et certains samedis, j'arrivais à l'heure tous les jours et je partais toujours à l'heure ou à des heures plus tardives. J'ai aidé sur d'autres travaux en dehors de mon poste pendant ma période d'essai. Après 5 mois, j'ai été interviewé pour que le poste devienne permanent et il a été confié à quelqu'un d'autre et ils m'ont ensuite demandé de les former et de passer le relais. J'étais vraiment énervé. Je n'ai même pas reçu de carte de départ ou d'adieu le dernier jour. L'autre fille qui " m'a battue pour le poste " a également démissionné après seulement trois jours en raison d'un environnement de travail complètement incapable et a dit que c'était trop hostile et inamical et qu'il était évident que mes mauvais traitements n'étaient pas un endroit pour lequel elle souhaitait également appartenir ou travailler. .

Inconvénients

One challenge I’ve observed is that career progression can vary depending on the department. In some areas, opportunities to move into higher-level roles may be limited, particularly when those positions are held long-term. Additionally, the level of support and development can vary by manager and team, which can impact the overall employee experience. While many leaders are highly supportive, consistency across the organization can differ.
