Pay well, nice people. The good thing is that it is the most reputable bank in Canada. Currently expanding, lots of opportunities within....

Inconvénients

The bank is too big, not very effective....working environment is good, but there is a lot to improve....i.e. more privacy....

very corporate, hard to get promoted or move in the company, health care benefits were not the best.
