      Avantages

      Big company with good systems in place, as well as easy access to training, development and internal career progression if you're committed.

      Inconvénients

      Relatively monotonous work, workload placed on management positions can be excessive and reach beyond standard business hours with unsuitable compensation.

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
