      Worker exploitation poor training Hypocrisy in nearly everything The pay is a joke for the expectation

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Inconvénients

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
