      Flexibility, no need to travel, was able to take classes and keep full-time working

      Small salary, no overtime pay, terrible benefits and management

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
