Inconvénients

Poor Management and lack of employee recognition of a job well done is a big problem. Insurance and 401k benefits are awful

Avantages

Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

Inconvénients

I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

It is a temp agency and they do not allow much overtime for some reason
