SevOne has a real technology lead in their space. - Ability to grow. As the company grows it provides the opportunity for employees to take on new challenges and grow as individuals.
Inconvénients
Growth creates challenges and internal processes need adaption to keep up with growth. For some constant change is invigorating, for others it can create uncertainty.
