- A few dozen loyal customers continue to provide funding (Support fees) and direction of product development - Some very talented & helpful people, though not sure how many are left standing after the latest round of layoffs
Inconvénients
- Executive leadership totally inept - 100% of Sales VP's (all 4) and CFO left in a timespan of less than 6 months - CEO shines in non-presence - No strategic direction - No communication - (Core) Product is hopelessly outdated; only customers with sunk investment show interest but are starting to question the lack of development - All innovations (aka Solutions) lack QA and are released haphazardly often resulting in version-incompatibility and/or conflict - New customers are 'enticed' with features that do not exist and the company will start to build once the PO is in - The to-be-released product has 0% innovation and there are plenty of Open Source alternatives that more stable, cost-effective and will bring true innovation
