      there are no pros to this position constant stress and highschool behavior from the top down

      Inconvénients

      everything is a con from branch manager down all they do is gossip and spread rumors

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
