      Avantages

      Remote positions, great teammates, work life balance, unlimited PTO if you could take the time.

      Inconvénients

      Outsourcing positions, constant uncertainty, rolling layoffs, no recognition for employees, no raises, no bonuses due to poor sales strategies (all bonuses linked to hitting revenue goals, no merit raises). Alot of dead-end jobs with no growth opportunities
