Employees are left in the dark about their future with the company, as layoffs can happen at any time. Freshers are being hired to replace experienced employees, further undermining job security. The HR team appears powerless and continues to boast that the organization is performing well, which is far from the truth. Leaders conduct town halls that are nothing more than a façade, especially when it comes to addressing salary hikes and bonuses, which have been ignored for the past three years. Additionally, leaders from the US come and propose new initiatives without providing a clear roadmap, leading to further confusion and frustration among employees.
