      Avantages

      If you are a person that likes change and the opportunities that come with working at a startup, working at Spryker can be quite exhilirating! The culture is very nice, colleagues are always open for a chat and to discuss collaborations between teams/departments. Work-from-home and work-from anywhere are fully adopted and peole actively make use of these. The offices are very nice, mainly used for on-site team activities.

      Inconvénients

      As with any start-up, pivots/changes to strategies, processes or teams can happen from time to time. This can be very engaging and full of opportunities, but might not be for everyone.

      They have a nice office in Berlin?

      Inconvénients

      This has been one of the most disappointing companies I've ever worked with. It's baffling how they're still operating - I can't understand how they make money or stay in business. Upper management seemed completely out of touch, focusing more on hosting parties than effectively running the organization.
