      There were some fun events like quarterly raffles and ice cream parties

      Inconvénients

      I agree with everything the other negative reviews have said. The heavy workload, low compensation and benefits package lack of recognition and appreciation, and no career growth, it's all true. If you are thinking about working for this company, just realize that you will likely hit full burnout early in your career. Perhaps this is a good stepping stone, but it's likely not a pace you'll want to stick arounf long-term

      Avantages

      Less than 500 employee organization that is growing and has a lot of employees who've been with the company for >10yrs. Very inviting, friendly, and open to new perspectives.

      Inconvénients

      As a small growing company some processes are WIP, but this also allows the opportunity to help shape the direction going forward.
