Channel team is dissolving. Owner is profit over people donating millions to a theater for personal gain while same week laying off 1/3 of the company. Company is run by consultants constantly “restructuring” to pass the blame on flat sales. It is the same 5 people promoted regardless of experience or qualifications. Bonuses are rarely hit due to unattainable goals and targets not being given to the sales team till 2 weeks before qtr is over so they could raise goal if you are doing well. New sales roles are glorified appointment setters for another team that is the new flavor of the month for owner.
